Having worked for several years in the hospitality industry managing hotel operations and countless lettings since 2016, Arunas draws from a large pool of knowledge having also worked in busy London Estate agencies and being directly involved with start-ups for many years. His hospitality background aided in helping gain valuable experience with guests, crucial experience in operations management and implementing the vital tech and IT systems needed that ensure smooth function and performance of the business. He is a keen traveller with a big bucket list!
Having worked the busy central London markets for many years, gaining a wealth of experience in hard negotiating, progressing multiple transactions to successful completion, managing teams and being target driven, Ajay stepped into the shoes of director along with Arunas to begin start ups and test the waters of success. Utilising his entire arsenal of knowledge of selling and networking over the years, building a large client base to service with a passion and integrity has been his sole focus maintaining a tight operation and harmonious team. Ajay loves spending time with his daughter an can be found most early mornings at his local swimming pool!
Maria has been the backbone of Livestay having been with the company since its inception. Supporting with back-office operations, overseeing all admin teams and tasks, making sure all properties are live and accurate – coordinating photo shoots, videos and maintaining a consistent social media presence with regular content uploads. These are a just small number of items that Maria helps us with. Maria is a fundamental asset to Livestays success and daily function. Maria loves spending time with her family and being the great outdoors!
Toby is an organised and competent individual, his vital contribution in organising the housekeeping teams, making sure all cleans are carried out to a high standard on time, every time is priceless. His established processes and procedures mean that each properties item list is replenished, the minute anything goes missing. That every property is always fully stocked with all items promised. Toby’s close daily communication with and management of the cleaning teams translate to consistent successful check ins, nothing less. Toby is an avid football fan and loves a kickaround with his local team.
Rafia’s bubbly and welcoming personality means that she connects well with a multitude of incoming guest from all parts of the Globe. She is an ace in instilling confidence to every traveller answering questions and queries fast, ensuring that each guest is fully informed on check in procedures, settling any worries in advance of arrival, guiding people in, offering tips and money savers with transport and just generally being a nice helpful person to rely on for any needed assistance. Rafia’s passion is cooking and baking, her homemade chocolate, hazelnut, and marshmallow cookies are quite literally, to die for.
Juozas is a fully certified electrician and approved plumber with a panel of workmen to back him up. Giving him excellent coverage to all London postcodes and beyond.
